[Introduction]
2EBD-HPE version 0.2:
A MATLAB package developed by C. Ortiz, R.D.C. Monteiro and B.F. Svaiter
for solving two-easy-block structured conic optimizations programs
(including SDPs) using a block-decomposition first-order method.

[Installation]
In order to run the 2EBD-HPE demo, a few mex-files need to be compiled in
MATLAB.
To do so, run MATLAB in the directory 2EBD-HPE_v0.2, then type:

    >> unzip data
    >> Install_TEBD

After that, to see whether you have installed the software correctly, type either one of the following lines in MATLAB:

    >> TEBD_test_SDPs;
    >> TEBD_test_All;

[Tests]
To obtain the results of 2EBD-HPE in Section 7 of [1] run the functions
	-TEBD_test_BIQ_GAP5
	-TEBD_test_FAP_GAP5
	-TEBD_test_THETA_GAP5
	-TEBD_test_THETAPLUS_GAP5
Uncomment the instances you want to test in the definition of the array of
instances (fapinstances, biqinstances, thetainstances or tpinstances).

To obtain the results of 2EBD-HPE in Section 8 of [1] run the functions
	-TEBD_test_BIQ
	-TEBD_test_FAP
	-TEBD_test_THETA
	-TEBD_test_THETAPLUS
Uncomment the instances you want to test in the definition of the array of
instances (fapinstances, biqinstances, thetainstances or tpinstances).
